Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 15°C for 13-5 days, preserving the bouquet and natural aromatic profile of the grapes. Aged in stainless steel for 5 months. Delicate aromas of white flowers blend with notes of citrus and Mediterranean scrub. Straw yellow in color.
