The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to cold maceration on the skins for 12–24 hours at 10°C to extract the color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 10 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and gooseberry on the nose are fresh and pleasant.
