The land that hosts the Torbato Terre Bianche Cuvée 161 vineyards is cultivated with Sardinian pergola vines, designed to avoid direct exposure to the sun. Terre Bianche was created in 2007 with the aim of maximizing the potential of this ancient grape variety. The name Terre Bianche derives from the calcareous soil where it is grown. All cultivation operations on these ancient vineyards are planned based on an accurate production forecast specifically tailored to the type of wine.
