The resulting must is chilled to 10°C to promote natural clarification; it is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature no higher than 17°C. Aged in stainless steel tanks at 10°C until bottling. On the nose, it expresses intense aromas of pineapple and grapefruit, combined with delicate notes of rose petals and aromatic herbs. Straw yellow with greenish reflections that hint at its freshness.
