In Fontanarosa, in the centuries-old olive groves and in the modern espalier vineyards, extra virgin olive oils and white and red wines are produced, including the prized Taurasi. The Palazzo Troisi (former castle) is now the headquarters of the company, which is about to restore the ancient cellars in the bowels of the country, places that have always been used for wine aging.
On Pantelleria, in the characteristic alberello vineyard that has become a UNESCO heritage site, the Zibibbo grapes are produced with which the famous Passito di Pantelleria, the true nectar of the gods, is obtained. In Pantelleria it is also possible to spend magnificent holidays in the ancient "dammusi" of the 19th century, carefully restored and used as a farmhouse. The peace and tranquility of the countryside combined with the crystal-clear sea make the island the ideal destination for holidays characterized by healthy living and sport. Read more
