This wine is made from 95% Sangiovese and 5% Colorino grapes, which grow in calcareous soil. The area is characterized by calcareous soil, which gives the wine a distinctive mineral aftertaste. The harvest takes place in \u003cb\u003emid-September\u003c\/b\u003e, after which the carefully selected bunches undergo \u003cb\u003ealcoholic fermentation\u003c\/b\u003e at a controlled temperature for a period of \u003cb\u003e6 to 8 days\u003c\/b\u003e.
