Aged in 600-liter medium-toasted French oak barrels for 24 months, transferred to stainless steel for 10 months before bottling, and 6 months in bottle. No filtration or fining. Aromas reminiscent of berries, sweet spices, and fresh cut flowers with distinct fruit notes. Very dark ruby red. Soft tannins and a lovely spicy finish.
