The wine was dry-fermented on the skins in multiple fermentation tanks and underwent extended post-fermentation maceration. The wine was finally aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 20 months, with 30% new oak. On the nose, plum and hedgerow fruit emerge, with an inviting scent of dried lavender. On the palate, the wine presents itself with confidence.
