Its name pays homage to the local provincial road, reflecting a deep connection with its native landscape. The vines are trained using Guyot and spur cordon methods to ensure ideal ripening of the grapes. The roots delve into \u003cstrong\u003emedium-textured soils\u003c\/strong\u003e, composed mainly of sub-Apennine sands of calcareous nature. This particular geological structure gives the wine great freshness and a delicate, well-balanced taste.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow is it produced\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eProduction follows the principles of organic farming with a \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamic\u003c\/strong\u003e approach, excluding any synthetic chemical intervention.
