The beer, the basic ingredient of this unique spirit, is top-quality and is produced specifically by the \u003cb\u003eTheresianer\u003c\/b\u003e brewery for Vittorio Capovilla. It undergoes double \u003cb\u003ebain-marie distillation\u003c\/b\u003e and is then left to \u003cb\u003eage\u003c\/b\u003e in \u003cb\u003eoak barrels\u003c\/b\u003e for a period of no less than \u003cb\u003e48 months\u003c\/b\u003e. The aging in wooden barrels gives the spirit a distinctive aftertaste. The result of this distillation and maturation is a product that bears some resemblance to a \u003cb\u003eScottish whisky\u003c\/b\u003e, yet retains the typical tones of a well-crafted beer.
