The estate is located in the \u003cstrong\u003eTrexenta\u003c\/strong\u003e region which, with its \u003cstrong\u003ecalcareous\u003c\/strong\u003e soil and rich in \u003cstrong\u003esandstone\u003c\/strong\u003e is perfect for the production of Cannonau grapes. Fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature of around 30°C for approximately \u003cstrong\u003e10\u003c\/strong\u003e\/\u003cstrong\u003e12\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003edays\u003c\/strong\u003e in total and is followed by malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete tanks. Before being bottled, the wine ages in small oak barrels for about 10 months.
