The grapes for Lighea were harvested between the second half of August and mid-September. Fermentation took place in stainless steel at a temperature of 14-16°C. It aged in tanks for two months and then in bottle for three months before being released. On the nose, it offers a rich and fragrant bouquet, combining typical notes of orange blossom with citrus (citron and bergamot) and exotic fruit. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
