Specifically, it is a wine grown and produced by the \u003cb\u003eChateau d'Esclans\u003c\/b\u003e company, known locally as the oldest winery in the region: the building used for storing the product, which was built around the mid-19th century, is reminiscent of Tuscan villas. The \u003cb\u003eland\u003c\/b\u003e on which the winemakers work covers 44 hectares and is located approximately 30 km from the Mediterranean coast and 60 km from the renowned city of Cannes. The \u003cb\u003eharvest\u003c\/b\u003e begins at dawn and ends at sunset: the \u003cb\u003egrape varieties\u003c\/b\u003e used in the final production of Whispering Angel Rosé are predominantly Grenache (Cannonau), but also Rolle (Vermentino), Syrah, and Cinsault. The \u003cb\u003evinification\u003c\/b\u003e process involves \u003cb\u003edestemming\u003c\/b\u003e and \u003cb\u003elight pressing\u003c\/b\u003e of the must at 7-8°C, to prevent the mixture from oxidizing: both the grape juice with the flowers and the pressed fruit juices are vinified in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. \u003cb\u003eBatonnage\u003c\/b\u003e is performed twice a week using a special tool, whose movement allows the wine to be agitated.
