To preserve freshness, the Riesling vines are cultivated at over nine hundred metres above sea level, respecting the nature of the variety and enhancing its \u003cstrong\u003evibrant territorial character\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow it is produced\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe production process begins with a \u003cstrong\u003elong and meticulous harvest\u003c\/strong\u003e, to pick each parcel at the perfect stage of ripeness. In the winery, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving the varietal purity. The wine then undergoes \u003cstrong\u003eageing on fine lees in steel\u003c\/strong\u003e for about six months, enriching the balance of flavour without the use of wood.
