The \u003cb\u003eSfursat di Valtellina Fruttaio Ca' Rizzieri Rainoldi\u003c\/b\u003e is made only using grapes from \u003cb\u003e100% Nebbiolo vineyards\u003c\/b\u003e. Cultivation takes place in loose, acidic soils, at an altitude of around 500 meters from the sea. Before proceeding with the \u003cb\u003evinification\u003c\/b\u003e, the ripening of the grape bunches is prolonged, consequently delaying the \u003cb\u003eharvest\u003c\/b\u003e; Subsequently, the grapes are left to dry for approximately 90 days to increase the sugar concentration and reduce the water content. The uniqueness of this dry wine lies precisely in this technique, which is performed on special racks at Ca' Rizzieri, 500 meters above sea level: here, the dry and well-ventilated climate creates the ideal atmospheric conditions for the natural drying of the grapes.
