Aged for 36 months in 25-hl French oak barrels from the Fontainebleau Forest. The nose is initially listless, then becomes concrete and significant: violet, dried rose, and cherry. A deep, dark, and concentrated garnet color. On the palate, it displays the richness of Serralunga, with a solid body, invigorating tannins, and a silky, precise finish. Ideal with pigeon in Barolo, game, cheeses, and pork.
