||Clay and calcareous in Neviglie and sandy in Montà.
||In vertical stainless steel fermentation tanks, with 8 days of fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 °C. The 2 grape varieties are vinified separately, the racking off is performed with shifting in stainless steel tanks where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
||About 6 months in the stainless steel tank, after which the blend is assembled.
