||Cold maceration for 2 hours at 10 °C on Merlot, for 1 hour at 10 °C on Aleatico. Alcoholic fermentation in steel for 12 days. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in steel in contact with its fine lees. The blend is then carried out. Malolactic fermentation: not carried out.
