||The grapes come from the oldest vineyards of the winery where the tendone method is used. The grapes are destemmed and the pressing starts off the rack-and-return process in stainless steel vats. This is followed by pumpower and fermentation.
||The wine then ages in stainless steel vats, the aging process continues once the wine is transferred to 20 hl barrels for about one more year.
||Goes well with grilled lamb and sliced beef.
