Ausbau |
After the must is pressed, juices are blended and the wines embark upon their maturation period. Thirty percent of the wines are raised in French oak barrels, one-fourth of which is replaced every 4 years. Our wines barrel mature for 6 to 10 months dependig on the village and on aeach wine's potential. |
