Cembra Ororosso Trento Brut
Ororosso Brut is the 48-month “Reserva” made in Cembra – mountain wine- cellar. The name chosen for this wine (reddish gold) comes from the expression used in Valle di Cembra to refer to the real engine of the local economy, i.e. the porphyry volcanic rock used for the paving of streets and squares. Produced from high quality Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes cultivated on the steep slopes of Valle di Cembra at altitudes over 550 m. a.s.l., Ororosso is a true reflection of the unique and distinctive characteristics of its territory of origin.
