||The Grillante was initially born from the harvest in the very first days of August of the Grillo variety.
||Vinified at controlled temperature, after pressing and clarification of the must, using selected yeasts.
||After fermentation, the base wine of Grillo is clarified and stabilized for the preparation of the froth in autoclave, where it stays about 2 months for the refermentation and maturation on the yeast. After the froth has set, the stabilized wine is sent to bottling.
