||Ideal with herb-based first courses, such as risotto and field herbs or asparagus, hop sprouts, lasagne and crespelle, tortelli with herbs or flowers. It goes very well with shell fish, well-seasoned cured ham and with some alpine cheese. Try it with vegetarian or vegan dishes such as salad with fennel, tomatoes or peppers or creative salads that combine fruits and vegetables.
