||Situated on the hills overlooking Lake Corbara, crossed by the river Tiber, along the road from Orvieto to Todi.
||Volcanic, sedimentary and limestone-argillaceous soils.
||The grapes are all hand-picked and are immediately transported to the cellar in small containers.
||Grapes are destemmed and crushed within 15/20 minutes after collection. A cold maceration on the skins and a soft pressing follow. The different types of musts are cooled in stainless steel tanks where they are decanted naturally. After this, they ferment at a controlled temperature of between 15° and 18°C in 28 hl oak tonneaux for 6 months.
