The year 2015 was characterized by a cold and wet winter. Cold temperatures and heavy rains have slowed slightly pruning operations completed during the first week of March. The abundant availability of water in the ground and the temperature rise recorded in April contributed to an excellent germination and vegetative growth of the plants. The spring months, have given way to summer typically Mediterranean, with daily high temperatures and no rain giving rise to significant temperature differences between day and night. All these factors have allowed the grapes to quickly reach the perfect ripeness for the production of "A", anticipating the harvest in the second week of September.
Bright pink enriched.
The nose delicate pink floral notes fade, leaving room for the most fragrant of red berries and citrus.
It is elegant its flavor blends perfectly with the fruity notes giving it an excellent persistence.

Geschichte A pinkish authentic product in Aldobrandesca farm that identifies strongly with the production area. A slightly aromatic wine, characterized by the typical floral note of its variety.

Weinernte Second week of September.
Weinherstellung The grapes come from selected vineyards and operated exclusively for the production of "A". After the manual harvest conducted in several stages, the grapes arrive in the cellar have been stemmed and softly pressed. The must with its skins was put to macerate at low temperatures for about 4-6 hours. This brief cold maceration favored the extraction of color and delicate aromatic substances, resulting in a fresh must, without astringency and a strong aromatic connotation. The must was transferred to stainless steel tanks small and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Verfeinerung After the alcoholic fermentation the wine was kept on its lees until bottling.
