Ageing	Using the 'Charmat Method'. The Pignoletto cuvée re-ferments in autoclaves at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about 30 days. Ageing on the lees for about 120 days follows.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Perfect for appetizers and light fish dishes, fresh and creamy cheeses. Excellent as an apéritif.
