A single vineyard in Erbusco gives its name to this Millesimato wine. Planted in 1970 in this small vineyard, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco vines renew the soul and history of this Franciacorta at every vintage.

	Colour Deep golden straw.
	Bouquet This wine conveys inviting fruit tones of peach and plum, followed by yellow rose, peat, honey, and toasted bread notes.
	Flavour The taste approach is lively and perfectly balanced, with persistent foam and a full-bodied structure. The finish exalts complex and rich olfactory perceptions.

Origin	Vineyards in the town of Erbusco (Brescia), village of Salem, "Comarì" vineyard
Soil composition	Hilly soils of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed, and always ventilated.
Vinification	After a rigorous selection of the bunches and a soft pressing, the must is fermented partly in 2.25 hl French oak barriques and partly in steel vats.
Ageing	Following the lees ageing in spring, it spends a period of more than 60 months on the lees, and after disgorgement, at least six months elapse before marketing.
Total acidity	6.50 gr/L
