Torre Mora Etna Rosso Chiuse Vidalba 2016
Chiuse Vidalba wine is a selection of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio head-trained vines from the oldest vines located in Contrada Dafara Galluzzo in Rovitello, on the north side of the Etna volcano.

Colour

Bright purple red.

Bouquet

Rich in fruity notes of mulberry, strawberry jam, myrrh, carob, and walnut husk with also a touch of fine wood, and Madagascan cocoa.

Flavour

Notes of coffee and blueberry on the palate. It is a soft and sweet wine, then it gives smooth tannins with a persistent finish.

Pairing

A perfect wine to accompany meat dishes and aged cheeses.
