Great service and a competitive price. I was just rather disappointed that they had a limited number of bottles of what I was ordering.

Very fast service to Switzerland. One of the few companies that send customs-paid. Well packaged in re-usable boxes. Prices are not top but still very much worth it.

Easy ordering, no customs issues and fast delivery, albeit by UPS to the wrong address. Thank goodness the visitors to a nearby house saw the boxes lying on a terrace about 200 meters from our house. Shame on UPS.

Xtrawine have an excellent selection of wine and I think it's a nice touch that they provide a discount, depending on the previous spend.
However, i can only rate them 4 stars because of the repeated issue I am experiencing with their chosen distributor UPS.
Whilst xrtrawine ship the wine quickly, the wine has been sat in a UK depot for over a week and this has now happened on 3 occasions.
When they used fed ex in the past, it arrived within 7 days.

Instead I am wasting time phoning UPS for updates and receiving generic delayed delivery messages, it's very frustrating.

I appreciate that is not directly Xtrawines fault but they are choosing to us a distributor who is impacting the customers experience, so much so, that I may have to order from another merchant next time.
