Harvest	By hand in the second week of September, with bunch selection.
Vinification	In white, gentle pressing at a controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ageing	Martinotti-Charmat Method in stainless steel tanks with fermentation in the bottle for 30 days.
Residual sugars	12.00 gr/L
