	Colour Straw yellow with greensh hues.
	Bouquet A rich floral bouquet in which wisteria and acacia take prominence, along with fruity green apple notes.
	Flavour Crisp and polished. It is delightfully poised, with balanced acidity and great tanginess.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif as well as throughout the meal it is perfect with sea food and raw fish such as oysters, sea truffles and scampi. It is also excellent with fish or white meat-based light and delicate first courses.
