On the nose it presents itself with great personality in a precious spicy range: juniper, black pepper and classic red fruits.

Flavour

Also in the mouth the wine stands out for its extraordinary elegance, with a not too aggressive tannic base, in a wide palate with a good alcohol content and long persistence.

It goes well with semi-seasoned cheeses, pasta with ricotta cheese, sausage ragout. Also ideal with stuffed cuttlefish if served at a slightly lower temperature.
