Excellent raw materials and product innovation, combined with the outstanding reliability of Cantine Europa, will make "Sibiliana" the added value to move forward into the future, but with respect for the traditions. |
| Vinification |
After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the cellar, gently pressed at a maximum pressure of 1 bar, and immediately chilled to 16°C. The high quality must obtained is prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18°C for 15-18 days. |
| Ageing |
In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. |
| Pairing |
It pairs well with fish, shellfish and white meat dishes. It is also excellent with cuttlefish and raw prawns. |
