Santa Barbara Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Stefano Antonucci 2022
Every wine that breaks out of the mould of tradition starts from an idea that is born a little by chance and a little by bet. The company has always been convinced that Verdicchio is one of the very few white wines that can exalt itself both in fermentation and in ageing in wood. Then, from the use of different woods, both in type and size comes the "Stefano Antonucci" white, a wine that exalts the characteristics of its terroir, the Marche region.

Colour

Deep yellow with golden reflections.

Bouquet

Intense smell of fruit, including exotic fruit.

Flavour

A sapid and voluminous taste, with an appealing, sour ending. The aromatic mark of the barrique does not overhang the rich fruity vein.

Pairing

It goes well with fish dishes, poultry, and if you feel daring, with lamb or kid with a fairly marked fatty note.
