Avi is the utmost expression of the quality of Sangiovese produced in San Patrignano. The wine is dedicated to Vincenzo (AVIncenzo), the founder of the Community, and our forefathers (or AVI) who have handed down to us cultivation of this extraordinary variety.

Colour

Garnet red colour.

Bouquet

The bouquet is broad and features hints of violet, plum and Marasca cherry.

Flavour

The palate is elegant, with the structure and velvety tannins of Sangiovese typical of our terroir. The pleasant sapidity leaves a finish with inviting hints of fruits of the forest, leather and liquorice.
