It is a soft, aromatic sparkling wine with a delicate, characteristic bouquet. Crystal-clear straw yellow in colour, it immediately reveals a fine and persistent perlage in the glass.

	Bouquet Intensely fruity nose with clear notes of golden apple and peach, with pleasant delicate nuances of acacia flowers.
	Flavour The taste bursts out fresh and soft on a savoury background with a pleasantly fruity and aromatic finish.

Pairing

Suitable for all occasions and celebrations. Excellent as an aperitif and indicated in combination with the typical "Cicchetti" Venetian and snacks with cold meats and cheeses. Also excellent with fish and fried vegetables.
