Ruggeri Prosecco Argeo Rosé Millesimato Brut 2022

Perlage

Abundant, lively and fine.

Colour

Pale pink with peach flower hues.

Bouquet

On the nose, the typical aromatic notes of Glera are here enriched with very delicate and fresh hints of forest fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry. The bouquet of white flowers and small fruits is finally enveloped by a delightful balsamic note of fresh rosemary leaves.

Flavour

On the palate, each sip enters lively, with a very pleasant freshness, then the tastiness emerges and finally the full-bodied structure of the Pinot Noir. It is complex and long and in complete correspondence with the bouquet. Harmonious and elegant, it closes with a long, silky finish.

Pairing

Perfect as an apéritif with appetisers. Ideal with light pasta dishes with pesto or mushroom-based sauces. Excellent with beetroot carpaccio or a light salad of cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and avocado. Delicious with fruit desserts made with fresh strawberries.
