King Rotari assumed the honorary title of "Flavio" to recall imperial Roman and Byzantine prestige. Rotari Flavio is therefore the most prestigious expression given to the style of Rotari spumante and enology. It is Trentodoc excellence at its best.

	Perlage Extremely delicate.
	Colour Straw-yellow with gold reflections.
	Bouquet The style is unmistakably Rotari intense and elegant with citrus notes, apricot, and yellow peach. Hints of very balanced bread crusts and white flowers.
	Flavour Full bodied, fragrant, well balanced with aromas of hazelnut, yeast and honey.

Pairing
