Rosset Terroir Valle d'Aosta Cornalin 2021

Red wine, dry and slightly tannic, with prune and cherry aromas and light spicy scents. It is born in a soil that comes from the discharge of the ancient glacier. Harvested in the first days of October, it ferments in steel and, after a warm post-fermentative maceration, it is refined in vats.

Fine, red fruit, plums and cherries, slight spiciness, cloves.

Dry, slightly tannic.

Red berry desserts and can also be used for the preparation of Martine pears in wine.
