In the province of Gorizia (Italy), on the border with Slovenia, lies the small Collio DOC zone. The marl and clay of the land, the shltering Giulian Alps and the fragrance of the nearby Adriatic Sea, are the secrets of this wine.

Colour

Bright greenish straw.

Bouquet

Aroma of the grape variety but not too young. Hints of kiwi and white peach live alongside more common notes of elderflower, nettle and gooseberry.

Flavour

Pleasant mouthfeel with excellent acidic/tasty structure and a subtle, pleasant, medium-length finish.

Pairing

Appetisers in general, ham, and fish dishes with sauces.
