Made from perfectly ripe Sangiovese grapes, this wine is bottled at least 2 years after the harvest and matures for a few months in French oak barriques.

Vinification Skin contact at 10°C for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast strain for 10 days at 25°C. The skins are soft-pressed, and the wine is drained into a tank to complete alcoholic fermentation. The wine is racked off fermentation lees before malolactic fermentation.
