Harvest	Merlot and Syrah: 10-15 september, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon first days of October.
Fermentation period	30 days
Vinification	The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes choosing only the perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. The wine is made separately for each variety in temperature controlled stainless steel with a maceration of 30 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation immediately after racking.
Ageing	It is aged for 12 months in 350 liter tonneau in French oak barrels of first and second pass.
