Ricci Curbastro Franciacorta Extra Brut 2018

The Franciacorta for a wine lover: decisively marked by the terroir for a distinct minerality in the foreground that nevertheless never prevails over the fruit. It is only ever produced in a vintage version with at least 4 years of ageing.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright straw.
	Bouquet Immediately roasted notes and flashes of minerals, then fresh fruit, almonds and bread crust.
	Flavour Soft in the mouth despite being extremely dry and fresh, with a nice full-bodied structure and consistent flavour.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif with starters, raw fish and shellfish, and white fish.
