Created in 1995, this cuvée offers a Champagne with a beautiful expression of Pinot Noir, while retaining its finesse and not undergoing malolactic fermentation.

Perlage

Fine and elegant effervescence.

Bouquet

Alternated toasty and pastry notes of brioche and sultana bread are accompanied by fruity notes such as apple, pear and plum.

Flavour

Fresh and powerful in the opening with great aromatic complexity with woody and stewed fruity notes. Very creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and balanced, with an acidic vein that refreshes the mouth at the end of the tasting.
