History Barolo Cerretta comes from the splendid vineyard in the Serralunga area. It is a historical wine produced for the first time in the 2017 vintage. The heterogeneous exposure of the vineyards and the traditional refinement in large barrels enhance the balance and complexity of Nebbiolo.
Origin Alba (Cuneo).
Fermentation temperature Max 30 °C.
Vinification After harvesting, the selected grapes are destemmed and crushed. Maceration lasts for about 8-10 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed before the end of winter.
Ageing The wine is then aged in oak barrels of different capacities for at least 18 months.
Allergens Contains sulphites
