Soil composition	Silty-limestone on a marly conglomerate. The soil also lies on a porphyritic platform of volcanic origin rich in rounded pebbles.
Cultivation system	Trellised "pergola" system.
No. plants per hectare	Between 6,000 and 6,200 vines per hectare.
Vinification	The white wine-making method involves washing the grapes and pressing them in a controlled atmosphere. The company developed both techniques to avoid using exogenous antioxidants and preserve the varietal characteristics of the grapes themselves (aromas and antioxidants).
Ageing	The Riesling then stays on the lees in small acacia barrels.
