Vinification |
Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano) and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes are picked when the temperature is coolest and rapidly transported to the wine factory and vinified at the peak of their freshness. |
Ageing |
The wines are then aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months. |

Fish soups, carpaccios and all varieties of grilled fish. This wine can also be paired with redberry desserts to add a touch of brightness. |
