It is a wine made from overripe grapes of Albana and Riesling, not very alcoholic and very pleasant. The bunches are picked by hand and are left to dry in small wooden boxes placed in a well-ventilated room. Fragrant citrus and white fruit, on the palate it fuses density, intensity and savoury vivacity.
