Palazzone Musco 2020
From a very small vineyard planted in a promiscuous manner with Trebbiano, Verdello and Malvasia grapes mixed in the rows according to the traditional customs of our area, 'Musco' is born. Produced with ancient tools and equipment in a tufo cave dug under a chestnut wood, without the use of electricity, it matures in chestnut barrels and is first refined in demijohns and then in bottles for several months. Bottling is also done manually. A wine obtained 'by the desire of those who with awareness, knowledge and ancient tools want to keep the memory of a timeless history alive'.

Colour

Deep golden bright color.

Bouquet

It has a fascinating and complex nose of ripe yellow fruit, almond, peel and candied and dried citrus, chestnut honey and notes of herbs that give the freshness we find in the mouth.

Flavour

The palate is structured and although silky and soft it has a sour and slightly tangy trail well integrated that makes it a balanced wine. Long lasting taste with a slightly bitter closing.

Pairing

Simple and elaborate dishes from traditional Umbrian cuisine, as chickpea and grass pea puree, pasta with mushroom, truffle and white meat dishes or dishes of a more intense taste as marinated anchovies, cod, lamb cutlets.
