The grapes are softly pressed after a short maceration on the skins at 12 °C for 1 day. Alcoholic fermentation follows in steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 10 days. |

A Friulian aperitif par excellence, it should be paired with a San Daniele ham crouton. Also excellent with cold fish appetizers, herb risottos and white meat. |
